Aventura & Prince Royce <3

Aventura & Prince Royce <3 [I keep saying “Aventura”, but I’m refering to the main singer Romeo.]

     In the eyes of some, Prince Royce is an amazing singer. But, others think Aventura is an amazing singer. Depending on what you like both singers are great. Prince Royce is very popular because of the way he writes his songs. Aventura is very popular because of they way they put their feelings into their music. Both artists have excellent careers, both have a past history; also both of them have their own popular music. A certain song both these young men wrote is what helped launch their career. But, Aventura is a group of men who writes songs; on the other hand Prince Royce is a single songwriter.

  On one hand, both of these singers attract people by their own charm; Prince Royce attracts people by his face and the way he sings. While Aventura attracts people by their face and the way they sway when they sing. Both these artists have some type of Bachata songs or beats in their music. Prince Royce makes his own titles for songs, while on the other hand; Aventura bases their songs on how they feel. It always involves their social issues.  On the contrary, people think Aventura is just a person who has a lot of love. But, it’s not that at all. Aventura just likes to put his feeling into his music. However, Prince Royce knows how to add his feelings but at times not make it so noticeable.

  Aventura and Prince Royce actually have a lot of things in common. Both of these talented singers play a guitar. Also, they are both raised/ born in the Bronx. Prince Royce started his career at age 13. He started writing poems then went into writing songs. While on the other hand, Aventura didn’t start as young. Because Aventura is a band group, Prince Royce sings alone while Aventura is a group of O4 men. Aventura is Puerto Rican and Dominican while on the other hand Prince Royce is only Dominican.

   Prince Royce has a lot of song topics, so does Aventura. But both of these singers mostly only base their music on Love or Heartbreaks. Prince Royce’s first popular song was “Stand By Me,” while Aventura led his career to a launch with the song “Obsession.” Prince Royce made his first concert debut at Lehman Center For The Performing Arts, In New York City on November 12 and 13th. Lastly, Aventura made their first concert debut on 2002 in the summer.

    In conclusion as we can see both these singers have many things in common, yet they still have differences. Both these singers are talented in their own way, and had a special song that launched their careers. Prince Royce and Aventura are both amazing singers, but it’s mostly their charms and the way they put feelings into their music that attracts people.

One Of These Days

  In the story "One Of These Days" by Gabriel Garcia Marquez. The story is about a dentist who doesn't want to fix the mayor's teeth. But he does, yet the mayor us very rude and has no manners at all. But no matter what, the dentist is very nice and pulls out his teeth.

  In the story "One Of These Days" the main conflict was about the dentist , he didn't want to pull out the mayor's tooth. Rising actions towards this was when the dentist said, "Tell him I'm not here." [p.1] See this means he didn't want the dentist in his dentist, They mayor goes to the dentist office anyway. The climax was when the mayor got his tooth pulled out, but acted very rude ! Lastly, the falling actions was when the dentist asked where to send the bill. But the mayor was rude and responded "It' the same damn thing," sheeesh talk about rude people.

  The story was mainly based around the way the mayor and dentist acted. The mayor was very rude yet the dentist was calm and "Nice". Both characters could have learned something from each other, But in the end the mayor just walked out and made a "smart remark".

  The story caught my attention because I thought it was a cool story. After I read the story I realized the dentist should have never pulled the mayor's tooth out. The mayor wasn't thankful , and he was rude ! My point of view was different from the story, I think the story should have explained more traits of the characters. Also more of their daily life runtine.

Un-Fair

 I asked my mom if I can get a lot of things for Christmas. I'm her littlest Child so I thought I can get whatever I want, Just like it has always been. But I guess I thought wrong . I have exactly 15 nieces and nephews all together, and 3 Brothers and 2 Sisters. Now that's a big family, So I gave my mom a big list of about 10 things I wanted. She made me put my list down to 5 things. So I picked the 5 most important things.

 For Christmas I want a Laptop, a camera, 5 G-shocks, jewlery, and a pair of sneakers that I wanted. So I told my mom this, she had a fit ! she said "No Mary, your not getting all that, you have to remember you have a lot of nieces and nephews, and brothers and sisters." I was upset ! I thought since I AM the youngest I can get a lot of gifts. But I was wrong, Now I don't know what I'm going to get, because I can't get everything I want.

 So I spoke to my sisters and brothers, I put them all on like a 3 way thing. So we were speaking and they all started laughing at me. They said "Ha ha Mommy's little girls isn't getting everything she wants." I got very upset and hung up. Then they all called me and was talking a lot, so I kept making faces at the phone, and throwing it on my bed. They didn't know what I was doing. Then I made an excuse to get off the phone.

But Then I thought about My Sissssy Kiaribel , I asked her what she wanted for Christmas. She said ,"Anhything". That wasn't much help for me. I could hear it in her voice she was very confused, very excited, and very unprepared. She asked me the same I got very excited and said, "Anything It's the thought that counts." I was anxious to know what she was thinking, but she didn't tell me.

As you can see I'm very excited for Christmas to come now, I want to see what my mom is getting me. But then on the other hand my Sisssy is getting me a gift too. I'm very excited now. Christmas needs to come fast ! Also I'm going on a lot of trips for the Christmas vacation, so I'm getting lots of gifts from family.

The Lovely Bones Remix !

 The story "Lovely Bones" by Alice Sebold. Is a story based on Murder , Rape, Stress, and actually reality. This book shows poeple you can't trust everyone. Also it is a way to show your own kids wrong from right. This book has many dramatic and sentimental moments. It's a book that can open a lot of minds on people, and shows people it isn't good to rape. Karma always comes back !

  The Lovely Bones has many conflicts, But maninly death and rape . A 14 year old girl ((Sussie)) goes into a ware house wit a bunch of her friends. Their is when she see's the true colors of her friends. They all see a guy, and start to bother him. He is a rapist, and was on hide out in that exact ware house.  This is when Sussie's life sadly comes to an end. He walks up behind Sussie and says "Take off your Parka" ((p-11)). From this quote you can conclude he wanted to rape her, why was he so close to her ? Why did he only pick Sussie and not her friends ?

  Sussie was very afraid ! she turned around and hit the guy. He grabs her and her friends run away. She screams but no one hears her, he soon begins to rape her. "I want you Sussie" ((p-13)) From this quote you can see this guy is a rapist, and wants to rape Sussie. She tries her best to push him away, she tries her best to hold on all her clothes. But none of this works, he was to strong, and to fast. After he gets rapes her, he gets a knife and kills her.

 In the end of the story, the girl soon finds herself in "Pergatoury." She keeps on reminicing on how she was raped, but doesn't find a way for her to go to heaven. Soon she finally makes her way to heaven. But only after her friends tell her mom what happened. Then they go with the cops to the ware house. They find they guy, and Sussie's dead body. Sussie's mom is in tears, she doesn't know what to do. But they cops take the guy and put him in jail. After 15 years, he is released. He soon gets a job at a nice story, but he is always haunted by Sussie's soul.

My Nephew -.-

 There was one time when my baby nephew threw up on me -.- . He was about O8 months old when this all happened. It all started because of my cousin Emily, she knew I loved babies. Yet she tricked me, she purposely make my nephew throw up on me. For all of this I blame her, she had fed my nephew before we left, and unfortuntly I didn't know.

 My nephew was O8 months old, I was at the pizza shop with my cousin. When all of a sudden my sister calls me and tells us to go home. She had just feeding my nephew but I didn't know. So I graved my nephew and I had him on my lap. My sister was talking to me for a long time, finally she finished talking. I kept playing with my nephew after my sister finished talking, he was extremely happy and over-joyed. You can see the happiness in his eyes, how excited he was, and you can see he wanted to play.

 I kept talking and making funny noises to my nephew. Then I started throwing him up in the air, I would spin him around, then throw him up in the air and catch him. My nephew then Literary burped and threw up right in my mouth !! Down my back and all over my neck. I put him down screamed and spit all over my living room. Tears were coming out my eyes, I could taste the nasty baby milk in my mouth, It was all worm and nasty ! You can actually taste the baby formula, and like baby spit. This was the nastiest thing I had every tasted in my life !!

 My family thought it was funny, and kept laughing at me. So I cried and ran to the bathroom. I took a long shower, and brushed my teeth like 10 times. Then I came out, and I was really mad. You could see the angry rage I was in, by my face you can see I was very sad and embarrassed. So I went straight to my room , I didn't speak to anyone for a very long time. I was very embarrassed, So I fell asleep, then a couple hours later I woke up. Then I woke up and my family said sorry, 

They all said "I didn't mean to laugh, but it's your fault for spinning the baby around, but I'm sorry "

I forgave everyone for laughing at me. But I can honestly say I never spun any of my nephews around again, after they had ate. Also before I picked any of them up I made sure they hadn't eatten.
